Subject: Procedure for Attestation of the relevant Invoice by the Council (EPCH.) for the benefit under Vishesh Krishi And Gram Udyog Yojana (VKGUY) - about the artistic nature of the �Artistic Furniture(s) being exported by the member exporter

 

We invite your kind attention on the provision of the Foreign Trade Policy (Para 3.8.1(iv) and the list of the same vide Sl.No.12 of Appendix-37A, circulated to the members vide this office circular of even No. Dated 16.8.2007.

 

The member exporter, who desired the attestation of the relevant invoice from the Council should apply in the prescribed format, duly signed and sealed by the authorized representative of the firm along with the following documents:

 

  1. Relevant Invoice in duplicate
  2. Relevant copy of the shipping bill to substantiate the passing of the shipment of the item as 'Artistic/decorative word and the HS Code of the item etc.
  3. Photo Copy of the RCMC.
  4. Processing/attestation charges i.e. Rs. 50/- + service tax @10.3% per Invoice for which attestation being requested.

 

On receipt of the application in the prescribed format made on the letterhead of the firm, complete in all respects, duly signed and sealed by the authorized representative of the firm, the Council will process the same for the attestation and issue of the same.�� The application format is enclosed for the information of the member exporters.
